Ladders
We typically offer a selection of four ladder options, although we have access to a wider range if needed. Our preferred choice is the 1200mm x 600mm ladder, which we prioritize for most installations. However, in certain situations, we may need to accommodate smaller spaces by fitting the 1200mm x 550mm ladder or our space-saving 800mm x 600mm ladder.

The Space Saver is designed for tight spaces, where the attic hatch cannot be extended much. It comes with a 26mm insulated, draft sealed and spring assisted trapdoor and a sturdy, four-part, steel and pine, folding ladder.

What if my attic isn't easily accessible and a ladder can't be fitted
If that’s the case, we will provide an assessment and relocate to a different area. If this can be done, there will be no extra charge. If it cannot be done we will come up with another solution to suit your needs.
Will there be much mess while the job is in progress and after completion
Once we arrive we will cover all stairs & landing etc. While the work is in progress the area will be very presentable and when the job is finished the house will be left the way it was found.
Do I need to do anything before we begin work
Yes. If you have chosen an attic floor package, you will need to clear the attic. Especially the area where the floor will be fitted.
Does your company have insurance
Yes our company and employees are all fully insured.
How long does an installation typically take
Ladder only (1 hour 45 mins), package B (3 hours), package C (4 hours), flooring only (1 hour 30 mins).
